  • Do I need to sign up for an account to purchase from Plukka?
    Yes.
  • What do I do if I forget my password?

    Click "Forgot your password?" in the sign-up dialogue box and we will email you a link which enables you to reset your password.

  • What types of emails will I receive from you? Can I unsubscribe to them?

    Once you have created an account, you are automatically subscribed to our email newsletters. Our newsletters feature our newest products and are sent approximately two to three times per week. We may also email you occasionally to introduce a new function or feature of the site. We do not share your email with any other company or service without your prior permission. Read our Privacy Policy here. You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the link at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment using Plukka gift certificates.

    In the case of high value purchases, we reserve the right to contact you to verify your identity before confirming the transaction

  • Is my credit card transaction secure?
    We maintain security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized credit card use. We use an SSL 256-bit secure certificate to give you the highest level of protection possible when submitting your credit card information over the Internet. We understand that the information you provide us is sensitive. Therefore, we maintain the highest level of security during your use of our services.
  • Do you store my credit card details?

    When you make your first purchase from Plukka, we automatically save your credit card details in My Account to ensure an easy, convenient checkout the next time you shop with us. We use high-security encryption for all credit card details in our database. Your data on our system is secure and is not available to anyone without your user ID and password.

    If you do not want your credit card information saved on our system, you can visit My Account, where you can easily delete any stored cards.

  • How does Plukka appear on my credit card statement?
    Your Plukka purchase will appear on your credit card statement as "Plukka (USA) Inc."
  • Your website is not accepting my credit card. Why is that?

    Please consider the following:

    • Did you select the correct card type?
    • Did you enter the credit or debit card number correctly?
    • Did you select a valid expiration date from the drop-down menu?
    • Did you enter your name as it appears on the payment card?
    • Did you enter the correct billing address for this card?
    • Did you enter your security code correctly?

    If you are paying with a stored card, sometimes, deleting your existing card information and entering it as a new card may resolve the problem.

    If you receive notification that your card has been declined, please contact your bank. Only your bank can tell you why it has been declined.

  • How do I change my email address?
    You cannot change the email address associated with your account since your email address is also your account log-in. Contact our customer support team at cs@plukka.com for assistance.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order by browsing our online collections, signing up for an account and making a secure, online purchase. Each product has its own page. On the right side of the large product image on that page is a button labeled "Add to Bag". Click that button to buy an item, then you will be prompted to sign in and complete a shipping and payment details in order to check out.
  • What happens after I place an order?

    For In Stock purchases, clicking "Add to Bag" and checking out means that your credit card will be charged and you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the product, billing, and shipping details. Delivery within the U.S. generally takes place within one week of purchase but please be sure to check the delivery date stated at the top right of the item page. For customers outside the U.S., delivery may take 2-3 days longer.

    For Made-to-Order purchases, clicking "Add to Bag" and checking out means that your credit card will be charged the stated price and you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your product, billing, and shipping details. The order will be submitted to the manufacturer for custom production and ships within 4-6 weeks of the date of purchase.

  • Can I change my shipping address after I have confirmed an order?
    You cannot change the order details or shipping address once an order is confirmed. Contact our customer support team at cs@plukka.com for assistance.

Shipping & Returns

  • Can you ship to multiple addresses?
    No. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
  • Can you ship to a P.O. box address

    We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

    To ensure security, all Plukka deliveries require a signature. Please provide a shipping address where someone can sign to accept the delivery during normal business hours.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping service?

    No, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, all Plukka jewelry is delivered in a drawstring velvet pouch placed inside a luxurious giftbox.

  • When will I receive my item?

    For In Stock   items, delivery within the U.S. generally takes place within one week of purchase but please be sure to check the delivery date stated at the top right of every product page. For customers outside the U.S., delivery may take 2-3 days longer.

    For Made-to-Order   items, manufacturing and shipping times vary considerably but most products are delivered within 4-6 weeks. Make sure to check the estimated delivery stated at the top right of every product page.

  • I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where are my other items?
    Items are frequently custom made, sometimes by different manufacturers, meaning that they can be delivered at different times, separately, even when ordered together. Most likely, that's the reason you did not receive all your items at the same time.
  • How do I track my delivery?
    You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched. We do not track delivery of returned items.
  • What packaging does my shipment come in?

    Each item is individually packaged in a drawstring velvet pouch, then placed in a luxurious Plukka box.

    Yes. To ensure security, all Plukka deliveries require a signature. Please provide ashipping address where someone can sign to accept the delivery during normal business hours.
  • Is my item insured during shipment?
    Yes, Plukka insures all shipments to customers but, if you return an itemto us, you must arrange insurance and delivery.
  • What is your return policy?

    Plukka jewelry can be returned for a full refund for any reason, provided the terms and conditions of making a return are met. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance cost. Once your return is accepted, you will be fully refunded your original purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost.

  • Can I return my jewelry for an exchange?
    Contact our customer support team at cs@plukka.com for assistance. If we are unable to meet your needs, we will offer you a full refund if eligible.
  • Do you have a warranty on your jewelry?
    No. We recommend that you wear and maintain your jewelry carefully. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Guide.
  • Do you offer jewelry appraisals if I want to insure my piece?
    No.

Gift Certificates

  • How do I purchase a Plukka gift certificate for someone?

    Plukka gift certificates are electronic and are delivered to recipients via email.

    To purchase a Plukka gift certificate, click Gift Certificates on the top navigation bar, then, "Purchase a Gift Certificate" on the next screen.Then, follow the steps below.

    Step 1: Enter gift certificate details

    Choose the dollar amount desired and enter the email address of the recipient. (Currently we offer certificates in amounts ranging from US$50 to US$1,000.)

    You then have the option to enter Message Details: the recipient's name, your name (so they know who to thank!) and a personalized message(500 character maximum).

    Finally, you must enter the date that you wish the certificate to be emailed. (Default send time is set to "now".) Once you have finished these steps, you are given the option to preview your gift certificate and edit the details to your liking.

    Step 2:Sign up or sign in

    First-time purchasers must create an account by entering their email address, password and billing information.

    Returning customers can simply sign in and their previous payment details will be available.

    Step 3: Check out

    Once you have reviewed your order, click "Pay Securely Now."For gift certificates that are to be delivered immediately, you will receive a gift certificate transmission receipt listing the certificate details and confirming that the gift certificate has been sent to the recipient.

    For gift certificates that are to be delivered at a future date, you will receive a gift certificate purchase receipt email upon checkout, which lists the certificate details and the future delivery date. When the certificate has been delivered to the recipient on the date specified, you will receive delivery confirmation via a gift certificate transmission receipt email.

    Step 4: Delivery of gift certificate

    The recipient will receive their gift certificate email on the date originally specified by you. This email will contain the gift certificate's dollar value, your personal message, and an optional link to Plukka to start shopping.

  • How do I make a purchase using a Plukka gift certificate?

    Once you place an item in your bag and proceed to checkout, you will be asked to sign in to your Plukka account or create a new account based on the email address to which the certificate was sent. When you have successfully logged in, there will be an "Apply Gift Certificate" box next to the order total. Simply tick the box if you would like to pay for with your gift certificate and the amount will automatically be subtracted from the total. If your gift certificate does not cover the full amount of your transaction, you will have to pay any remaining balance with your credit card.

  • What if I don't use the entire gift certificate amount on my purchase?

    If you don't use the entire amount of the gift certificate on your first purchase, the remaining balance will remain in your account and can be applied to a later purchase, until the entire amount is used up. You can sign in and check on your gift certificate balance in My Account any time after you have created a Plukka account.

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

    The gift certificate amount will be applied to any shipping, duties and taxes in your bag. If the gift certificate does not cover the total amount of your purchase, you will be responsible to pay any remaining balance with a credit card.

  • Can I return an item purchased with a gift certificate?
    If an item purchased with a gift certificate is returned and refunded, the amount of the gift certificate will be reinstated to your account within ten business days of our receiving the returned item. Refund of shipping charges is subject to the policy applicable in the delivery territory. Moreover, refunds of purchases made with gift certificates are subject to the same policies as those applicable to purchases made entirely with a credit card.
  • Do I have to use my gift certificate, or can I redeem it for cash?
    Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Can I give my gift certificate to someone else?

    Plukka gift certificates may only be used by the email account to which the certificate was originally issued.

  • When does my gift certificate expire?
    Plukka gift certificates are just like cash: they never expire!
  • How do I check the remaining balance left on my gift certificate?
    You can sign in and check on your gift certificate balance in My Account any time after you have created a Plukka account.

  • What internet browsers does your website support?
    Our website can be viewed on Internet Explorer 10+, Firefox 20+, Chrome 38+ and Safari 6+.
  • Your website is taking a long time to load. What should I do?

    Possible solutions include:

    • Refreshing or reloading the page. If the page is taking a long time to load, click stop and then refresh/reload the page.
    • Clearing your history. Most internet browsers temporarily store pages that you have visited. Clearing your cache deletes all of those files and makes room for new ones.
    • You may need to upgrade your browser or contact your Internet Service Provider directly for further assistance.
