Shipping within the U.S. is complimentary.
Where do you ship?
In addition to U.S. addresses, we deliver to Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
Please note that if you enter a non-U.S. delivery address, additional shipping costs, duties and taxes may be applied to your order at checkout, according to the destination country.
If you wish to make a purchase from Plukka for delivery outside the countries listed, please email our customer support team directly at cs@plukka.com.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
No. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Do you offer gift wrapping service?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, all Plukka jewelry is delivered in a drawstring velvet pouch placed inside a luxurious gift box.
Can I change my payment card after I have confirmed an order?
No, it is not possible to change your payment card after committing to buy an item.
Can you ship to a P.O. box address?
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
To ensure security, all deliveries require a signature. Please provide a shipping address where someone can sign to accept the delivery during normal business hours.
When will I receive my item?
For In Stock items, delivery within the U.S. generally takes place within one week of purchase but please be sure to check the “Guaranteed Delivery” date stated at the top right of the item page. For customers outside the U.S., delivery takes 2-3 days longer.
For Made-to-Order items and items subject to the Plukka Value Proposition (PVP), available through our newsletter only, manufacturing and shipping times vary considerably but most products are received within 4-6 weeks of the close of an event. The estimated delivery period is stated at the top right of every product page.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where are my other items?
Items purchased from different events are shipped separately, even if the event closing date or estimated delivery dates are the same. Most likely, that’s the reason you did not receive all your items at the same time.
The item I received is not what I ordered. What should I do?
Please return the item to us according to the instructions in the Returns section of
My Account. In a case such as this, we will refund all shipping charges.
How do I track my delivery?
You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched. We do not track delivery of returned items.
What packaging does my shipment come in?
Each item is individually packaged in a drawstring velvet pouch, then placed in a luxurious Plukka box.
Do I have to sign for my order?
Plukka ships by FedEx, which requires acceptance of delivery by signature.
Is my item insured during shipment?
Yes, Plukka insures all shipments to customers but, if you return an item to us, you must arrange insurance (and delivery).
