In the case of high value purchases, we reserve the right to contact you to verify your identity before confirming the transaction.

We accept any valid credit card, from any country.
Is my credit card transaction secure?
We maintain security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized credit card use. We understand that the information you provide us is sensitive. Therefore, we maintain the highest level of security during your use of our services.
Do you store my credit card details?
When you make your first purchase from Plukka, we automatically save your credit card details in My Account to ensure an easy, convenient checkout the next time you shop with us. We use high-security encryption for all credit card details in our database. Your data on our system is secure and is not available to anyone without your user ID and password.
If you do not want your credit card information saved on our system, you can visit My Account, where you can easily edit or remove any saved cards.
How does Plukka appear on my credit card statement?
Your Plukka purchase will appear on your credit card statement as "Plukka (USA) Inc."
Your website is not accepting my credit card. Why is that?
Please consider the following:
- Did you select the correct card type from the drop-down menu?
- Did you enter the credit or debit card number correctly?
- Did you select a valid expiration date from the drop-down menu?
- Did you enter your name as it appears on the payment card?
- Did you enter your security code correctly
- Did you enter the correct billing address for this card?
If you are paying with a saved card, sometimes, deleting your existing card information and entering it as a new card may resolve the problem.
If you receive notification that your card has been declined, please contact
your bank. Only your bank can tell you why it has been declined.
