Shipping within the U.S. is complimentary.
To ensure security, all deliveries require a signature. Please provide a shipping address where someone can sign to accept the delivery during normal business hours. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
In addition to U.S. addresses, we deliver to: Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom. Please note that if you enter a non-U.S. delivery address, additional shipping costs, duties and taxes may be applied to your order at checkout, according to the destination country. If you wish to make a purchase from Plukka for delivery outside of the countries listed, please email our customer support team directly at cs@plukka.com.
You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs but your original shipping cost will be refunded.
We do not provide exchanges and replacements because every piece of jewelry is manufactured on demand.
Plukka jewelry can be returned for a full refund if the following terms are met:
Eligibility: All items must be returned in as-sold condition, unworn, in original packaging and cannot be accepted if any tags on the piece of jewelry have been removed.
Timing Restriction: If you wish to return an item, you must inform us of your intention to return the item within seven days and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. To register your intention to return the item, please call our customer support center at 888 482 4424.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for arranging the secure shipment of the item back to our returns center, and bearing the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the returned item is adequately and securely packaged and insure your shipment. We cannot issue a refund unless the item is received by us in satisfactory condition at our returns center. However, once your return is received and checked, you will be fully refunded your original purchase price and the original shipping cost.
Return Procedure:
