For In Stock and Made-to-Order purchases, your credit card will immediately be charged the fixed price upon completion of checkout.
For Made-to-Order jewelry subject to the Plukka Value Proposition (PVP), available through our newsletter only, committing to purchase an item means your card will be blocked for the Current Price, but not charged. We only charge the Final Price to your card once an event has closed and the manufacture of your item confirmed.
For purchases subject to the PVP, you may find that your card is charged less than the price you expected. This is because the price of an item drops every time someone commits to buy it. Every purchaser of the same item receives the same final, low price based on the total number of purchasers at the close of the event. The Final Price of a Plukka item can never be higher than the original price, only lower.
We use a SSL 128-bit secure certificate. It gives you the highest level of protection possible whenever you use credit cards or make other financial or confidential transactions over the internet.
When you make your first purchase with Plukka, we automatically save your credit card details in My Account to ensure an easy, convenient checkout the next time you shop with us. We use high-security encryption for all credit card details in our database. Your data on our system is secure and is not available to anyone without your user ID and password.
If you do not want your credit card information saved on our system, you can visit My Account, where you can easily edit or remove any saved cards.
